Tasked with a tight specification, our client Sealed Air, were requested to supply Nestlé with a fast, cost-effective lid design to suit their new barrier filling line product. High-speed line application was the order of the day with little room for error and fitment to a tight tolerance can end profile.
Working closely with Sealed Air and their manufacturing cell, we met their goal of designing a lid suitable for Nestlé’s high-speed Tongala line. Delivering an easy to apply solution to suit their barrier can end, aided Nestlé’s bottom line. Lightweight, packaging efficient and cost-effective, the Nestlé Carnation Lite Cooking Cream lid tops off a versatile shelf-stable offer to the consumer.
