Since 1992 Michael's broad experience has included senior roles in NPD management, Business Development and Strategy across manufacturing, consultancy and brand owner industries. Major clients over the years include Cryovac Sealed Air, KraftHeinz, Lion Dairy Drinks, Gourmet Garden, Diageo, PZ Cussons, Kambrook, Fonterra Brands, Mars Snack Foods and Ansell. Michael is the National President of the Australian Institute of Packaging, past Senior judge for the PCA’s Australian Packaging Design Awards and is course curator of the Design Elective Stream for University of Melbourne’s Masters of Food and Packaging Innovation course.

With over 10 years experience in Product and Structural Packaging Design and Project Management in the ID consulting industries, Bryan's major clients include Cryovac Sealed Air, Bonson Savpac (NZ), Fonterra Brands, Ansell, TMC, Quest, Sprout and Desert. Bryan’s designs have continued to secure awards including APDA, AIDA and Worldstar Packaging awards
Troy brings a sense of adventure and style to all of his creative pursuits. With a keen eye for style and the connection to the consumer, his +15 years experience has made him a leading creative designer for some of Australia's major ID consultancies. Clients have included Lion Dairy Drinks, Cryovac Sealed Air, Diageo, Kraft Heinz, Samsung, Otterbox-Lifeproof, IXL and Cochlear. Troy's designs have secured awards including IDEA US, Red Dot, APDA, AIDA’s and Worldstar Packaging Awards.
The 2017 Packaging & Processing Innovation and Design Awards (PIDA), has been developed by the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP), the Australian Packaging & Processing Machinery Association (APPMA) and the Packaging Council of New Zealand (PCNZ).The inaugural PIDA Awards for Australia and New Zealand has been designed to recognise companies and individuals who are making a significant difference in their field. The PIDA Awards are the exclusive award program for all Australian entries into the prestigious WorldStar Packaging Awards.
The Save Food Packaging Awards ANZ is presented by the Australian Institute of Packaging (AIP). It is the inaugural launch of a global program developed by the World Packaging Organisation, in conjunction with Messe Dusseldorf and Interpack. It is designed to recognise companies who are developing innovative and sustainable packaging that minimises food losses and food waste, extends shelf life and improves the supply of food.
WorldStars are presented only to those packages which, having already won recognition in a national competition, are compared by an expert panel of judges to similar packages from around the world. Awards are based on the judges' consensus that a package is superior in its own right and better in its class in execution or innovation by comparison.
The Good Design Awards® is Australia’s longest standing national design award and promotion program, and one of the few forums for professional Industrial Designers and manufacturers to showcase their design expertise to national and international audiences. As a result of more than 50 years of design benchmarking, the program has focused on progressively raising the standard of design and innovation in Australia.
The Australian Packaging Design Awards is an annual run competition for brand owners, designers, retailers, manufacturers and raw material suppliers to enter their packaging creations!
The Packaging Council of Australia (PCA), who conducts these Awards, is the national packaging association representing companies right across the packaging supply chain. Winners qualify for entry to the WPO WorldStar awards.
